This morning, I wasn’t able to wake up at the expected time. I got so frustrated when I woke up 15 minutes later. It made me feel so moody for about ten minutes.
Then my Mom told me to go up to the mirror and have a look at myself. I did and I looked horrible; that face did not go well with the pleasing morning.
Sometimes things like this might have a bad impact on your day. Getting angry at yourself is not wrong, but you shouldn’t allow the emotion to get to you.
Learn to forgive and forget yourself whenever you can because you are being grateful to yourself for what you do and not for what others do.
