Music can be a way to reduce your stress, and calm you down. All you have to do is play your favourite de-stress genre (rock, in my case) songs; make a playlist if you want to and simply listen to it.Its that simple.
Once you finish listening to the songs, you feel more fresh and free to start work again.
If you want, try dancing to the tune. It loosens your body muscles and gives you some exercise too.
