The daily dose of your ideal beverage that kick-starts your day

When you wake up first thing in the morning, all droopy with no energy inside you even though you washed your face? Well, that calls for what is called a “beverage boost.”

By having those few sips of that ideal beverage that you would drink to boost you up first thing in the morning would make your day move a bit faster than usual and it’ll also make you feel motivated and fresh; giving that productivity vibe to the day.

But having that ideal beverage four to five times a day isn’t good for you. Sure you get those boosts, but it will cause serious problems to your health. So twice a day is manageable for the body.
