*It has been long since I did one of these, but to be honest; it’s either me forgetting about the idea of doing this sorta thing until I finish the book or the idea never crosses my head. Thankfully due to the extensive time that I have because of quarantine, it slipped my mind to do one of these things at least for one or two books that I read in the month.*
A Brief Summary (from the back of the book):
What do the queen bee, star athlete, valedictorian, stoner, loner, and music geek all have in common? They were all invited to a scholarship dinner, only to discover it’s a trap. Someone has locked them into a room with a bomb, a syringe filled with poison, and a note saying they have an hour to pick someone to kill … or else everyone dies.
Amber Prescott is determined to get her classmates and herself out of the room alive, but that might be easier said than done. No one knows how they’re all connected or who would want them dead. As they retrace the events over the past year that might have triggered their captor’s ultimatum, it becomes clear that everyone is hiding something. And with the clock ticking down, confusion turns into fear, and fear morphs into panic as they race to answer the biggest question: Who will they choose to die?
Now onto the log:

I actually saw this book on the March releases on Goodreads, so when I looked it up, I saw that it had an interesting plot. It took me at least a half-hour to search for the PDF of this book because it was a recent release. Luckily, I got my hands on the read online link, which I will be adding at the end of this post if anyone’s interested.

So I’m 13 chapters into the book and it has this past-present interlinked situation. Things that are being made as accusations are now adding up on the “who gets to die” list. It’s pretty interesting to see how the plot unfolds itself.

OMG, THIS is the most AMAZING PLOT twist. Sasha has two secrets- one is being the prideful queen bee (which Amber took SOO long to figure out), but what is the other secret, and why can’t they just tell us now?
30th March, 12:30 am
Okay, they did reveal it in the next chapter; so I’m not going to say it. But all the blame does point out to Sasha and each of them shows the ideas of having accusations against her.

No wonder Priya was bullied by the queen bee. It was too obvious and I still don’t understand why Amber is so dense about this whole thing.
30th March, 10am
I cannot believe that Amber was behind the entire scandal. She looked super brave when she was trying to save everybody. Also, Sasha did deserve something brutal, but I never expected her to be stabbed by Priya, just for saving Amber from the situation.
I’d definitely give this one a five on five; the plot was really intense and I wasn’t able to put the book down even for a second.
