Fruits and veggies are known to be a great source of prevention for COVID-19. Any form of fruits and veggies are known to provide vitamins and nutrient supplements that can help in preventing infections. Remember, any small form of cough or cold can also be deadly, so make sure to stock up on your Vitamin- C supplements.
