People who are subjected to insomnia and stress, along with having high blood pressure, are most likely to lead themselves to an early grave.
As a person continues to feel stress, they eventually lose sleep, which leads to insomnia. The factor of stress can also deplete oxygen levels and cause rupturing of the artery walls, eventually causing death. However, other factors that are causatives of hypertension can be modified by maintaining a proper and healthy lifestyle.
“It is mostly preferable if companies have treatment sessions for sleep and stress management sessions on overcoming the factors of stress and insomnia for a better lifestyle” says Professor Karl-Heinz Ladwig of the German Research Centre for Environmental Health and the Medical Faculty, Technical University of Munich.
