The Secret Life of a Book Blogger Tag

Thank you to Alyssa Cohen from https://readingreadingreading.com/ for posting this book tag, it inspired me to answer it as well!!

How long have you been a blogger?

Well, I’ve been blogging for three years, I made my first blog post on March 23, 2017. At first, I was pretty unsure as to how I should navigate within my domain to create content, but as I started to make more posts, I felt really happy to make my own blog. I’m really grateful for all the support that I have on creating this blog and expanding it.

At what point do you think you will stop?

I really don’t think that there will ever be a stop point, but when the time comes, I’ll definitely have to think about it.

What is the best thing?

Well, I’d say the second best thing would be that I have found a lot of inspiration for my book posts from book tube; the first best thing would be creating this blog three years ago, because if I didn’t make it, I wouldn’t be here answering this tag now, would I?

What is the worst thing?

When it comes to book blogging, I don’t think that there’s anything that can go bad, but in terms of me being a blogger, I’d have to say that looking into the blogosphere a bit more and finding some blogger friends would definitely be something that I need to improve on. Truth be told, I haven’t looked at a lot of blogs during my time as a blogger and as I write the answer to this question, I really think that I need to change that.

How long does it take you to create/find pictures to use?

Not long, maybe from about 10 minutes to half an hour, it depends on how I want to place my pictures.

Who’s your book crush?

Usually, when I start falling for the character, he/she ends up breaking my heart. But so far, here are the book crushes that have lasted…

  1. Alec Lightwood from the Mortal Instruments
  2. Peter Kavinsky from To All the Boys

Which author would you like to have on your blog?

Haven’t thought about that….

What do you wear when you write your blog?

Depends on when and where I’m writing my blog. My preference would be comfy clothes because I usually do the writing at home in my humble abode, but things may change up a bit later.

How long does it take you to prepare?

Well, in terms of writing a post, that would depend on the post that I’m writing, but each post is usually done within an hour. I’m trying to schedule my posts more, so that I’ll be able to have more planning space for content.

How do you feel about the book blogger community/culture?

I haven’t been exposed much liked I said in one of the previous questions, but as far as I’ve seen, it’s a really great community.

What do you think one should do to have a successful blog?

I think it’s all about you loving what you write and do. As long as you love doing it, the stats will follow!

Who do you tag?

Well I tag :
