Are you those people who are getting a bit peaky and stressed out right now, just because there is only one month to go for the finals?
Well, you have come to the right place. And fortunately, I am one of those people of the above situation, and what I’m going to tell you has helped me a lot during this time of year.
- Don’t take it hard on yourself- Remember, that it is just an exam and nothing else. As long as you work hard, you’ll do fine.
- Take enough rest- Putting pressure upon you to study so much in a small time frame does not make anything else easier; so take some rest by reading a book, exercising, meditating or even sleeping. But do not ever try touching the TV, or your Electronics, cause they might move you away from your goal.
- Talk about it- Call up a friend, brother or sister (your choice), and simply talk to them. It will relieve you from stress and make you feel happy and fresh enough to get back to work.
- Music, your best buddy- Listen to some stress free music to calm yourself down and get motivated. But don’t listen to it for too long, otherwise it’ll become a distraction too.
